Welcome  to the  first edition of  RepRap  Magazine!
This project is  brought to you  by a small  team  of  enthusiastic and  motivated users, experts  and  developers of  RepRap  3D printers project.  We aim  to develop  this  project in  an open way, working on a close  relationship with our  readers.
  For  this  first issue,  as our  cover  mentions,  we focus  the  main article on slicers,  but  also take a close  look at  he  pro-tip of  the  issue,  as well as the  software section  where we start a se-ries  of  articles  dedicated  to Repetier.
  While it  is  hard to choose the  highlight of  this  issue  we would have to point to our  interview  with Adrian Bowyer, the  person who started  the  RepRap  project and  who was  kind enough  to give us an interview  for  our  first edition.
  With  all that said, we hope that you  enjoy  this  edition and  stay tuned  on this  project

Welcome back!
  Let me just thank all who took the time to write to us just to say that you enjoyed our first issue.  Now we are back with issue 2.
  For the second issue our team has prepared a great mix of reviews and tu-torials to help you upgrading your skills. We have electronic board reviews, Skeinforge tutorial, Prusa i3 (einstein version) assembly guide and some new sections.
  Viktor has prepared a very good article in order to introduce everyone to the world of lasers.
  A great event is being prepared in a new partnership with the TCT Show, and you can read all about it on page 10 of this issue.
  And lastly, we are launching our first design and print -ing contest! The theme is “Print to improve lifequality”, and
we would like to thank the sponsors for the great prizes they are offering.
